Isabelle Bois’ collection for &OtherStories

The French designer Isabelle Bois imagined a leather goods collection for &OtherStories. It is a collection with simple cuts, minimalist and uncluttered. The luxury brand of H&M, presents each season a collection more diverse than each other, after their collaboration with Susan Ibrahim, Aloe or Alyson Fox, it is the turn of the Frenchy one to create something unique.

Isabelle Bois declared : “I have created a collection by thinking to the lifestyle of today’s women who have to mix with family, work, city life and vacations; by giving a great importance to the functionality but without sacrificing the esthetic”.  The pieces of the collection are sophisticated and elegant, we can find XXL clutch bag, schoolbag, but also tablet computer bag. The business women, the chic girl or the student can find her happiness. Each pieces have been fabricated in a vegetal leather without any chrome treatment.

Regarding the choices of colors, the collection is declined in three colors : beige, caramel and black. It is true that we are limited in the choices of colors but those colors are simple, easy to wear and chic. &OtherStories also thought about the price, and the range is accessible to everybody, from 19euros to 195euros. The director creation of &OtherStories claimed : “Isabelle’ style add new elements to our diversity collection. We wanted to share with our clients her proportion approach, functionality and her conceptual creative process”. The collection is available on the e-shop of &OtherStories and in their shop in Paris 1er.
